What's up with this Liberatore misprint I hear about?

If you are a collector that one, must have every card printed or two, is a fanatic about misprints or card errors, you will need to acquire both versions of the Instant Flash Liberatore. The misprinted information on the card has no effect during gameplay. There is simply a “4” printed in the upper right corner of the card. This number is to be ignored during gameplay.
From this writers experience, the misprinted version has shown up in Starter Decks and has not seen the misprint in any 15-card booster packs. For some, it may be easier to trade or purchases it from someone who has the a misprint available.
